Lisa Johnson serves as OperationsInc’s VP, Training & Development Services. With more than 19 years of experience, Lisa has exceptional platform facilitation and course design skills. She has delivered hundreds of courses in areas including sexual harassment prevention and awareness, diversity and sensitivity, professional development, leadership development, delivering feedback, email etiquette, performance management, and management training programs. In her professional training career, she has been successful in applying blended instructional design techniques and methodologies using multiple virtual and face to face delivery methods including e-learning, classroom-based workshops, simulations, and interactive webinars. Lisa’s work history includes managing the training functions for firms in the telecommunications and financial services industries.

Mariluz Blandon

Manager, HR / Training & Development (Bilingual)

Mariluz Blandon is a seasoned HR professional and trainer with over 14 years of experience. Her training specialties include leadership and organizational development, talent management, e-learning, LMS (Learning Management System) administration, change management, recruiting, performance management, employee onboarding, and succession planning. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Mariluz provided HR, talent, and organizational development for companies in the technology, healthcare, non-profit, and marketing industries.

She is bilingual and facilitates training programming from OperationsInc’s course catalog in English and Spanish.

Tamara Carson

Manager, HR / Training & Development

Tamara Carson has over 20 years of diverse Human Resources and Training experience, including curriculum development and training execution. She currently facilitates training programming from OperationsInc’s portfolio of over 50 courses and provides high level, strategic support to a wide range of clients. Before joining OperationsInc, she operated her own consulting business located on Long Island. Throughout her career, Tamara has been a trusted business partner to her clients, providing workplace solutions for some of the most challenging problems.

Marjorie Schmitt

Manager, HR / Training & Development

Marjorie Schmitt is a Manager, HR / Training & Development and brings over 20 years of diverse human resources and training experience to the OperationsInc team. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Marjorie served as an HR and Training leader in many different types of organizations, including startups, mid-size companies, and global corporations. Her background also includes time spent in the service, technology, retail, finance, and non-profit industries, enabling her to gain a diversity of experience.

Katie Travia

Manager, HR / Training & Development

Katie Travia brings over 16 years of experience to the OperationsInc team. She is an innovative and creative HR professional with experience in talent management, recruiting, training, performance management, employee relations, and compensation. She specializes in training program design, workshop facilitation, workforce planning, coaching and advice, employee relations investigations, and project management. Katie is certified in Conflict Management Training, and is also a certified DiSC facilitator.
