Lisa Johnson joined the OperationsInc team in October of 2012. As the VP, Training & Development Services she brings more than 16 years of facilitation and curriculum design experience to our team. Lisa has exceptional platform facilitation and course design skills with expertise in developing and delivering new hire on-boarding, mentor, leadership development, and management training programs. In her professional training career, she has been successful in applying blended Instructional Design techniques and methodologies using multiple virtual and face to face delivery methods including: e-learning, classroom based workshops, simulations, and interactive webinars.

Katie Travia joined the OperationsInc team in November 2017 as the Manager, HR / Training and Development, bringing over 15 years of experience to the team. Katie is an innovative and creative HR professional with experience in talent management, recruiting, training, performance management, employee relations, and compensation. Kristina Moris

Sr. Trainer

Kristina Moris joined OperationsInc in September of 2015 as a Sr. Trainer. Kristina provides confidential coaching to senior leaders to help them achieve their objectives, which might include enhancing performance, communication skills, job relationships, or simply becoming more aware of their impact on their stakeholders. She has conducted numerous seminars on a full range of leadership and management training topics, including harassment prevention and diversity training for a broad range of clients in the private and public sectors.

Bill Straubinger

Sr. Trainer

Bill Straubinger joined OperationsInc in November of 2012. As a member of the Training & Development team, Bill brings over 20 years of experience to the table, covering a wide range  of topics and programs. Bill’s effective style of leading learning events has taken him to some of the top companies in the US, with training programs delivered to Bristol Myers Squibb, Panasonic, Genetech, ESPN, Federal Reserve Bank NY, McGraw Hill, National Grid, and Time Inc. Bill works with the Training & Development team to deliver a wide range of classes, both private and open-to-the-public.
