Kelly Kristan serves as VP, Talent Acquisition Services & Business Development for OperationsInc. Her expertise has crossed multiple categories and channels with functional expertise in a variety of industries. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Kelly spent much of her 25 year career operating an executive search firm that supported venture-backed firms in high growth mode. She also served as the Associate Director, Career Development at The Yale School of Management and consulted with MBA students on resume writing and mock interview training. Currently, Kelly leads the OperationsInc Talent Acquisition Services Division, as well as serves as the client’s initial point of contact when seeking recruiting services.

Jennifer Clark

Director, Talent Acquisition Services

OperationsInc’s Director, Talent Acquisition Services Jennifer Clark brings over 22 years of executive level recruiting experience to the team. Jen’s previous experience includes serving as a Recruiting Manager for an international law firm and working for an executive search firm. In addition to managing the Talent Acquisition team, Jen handles recruiting projects across all industries and functional areas and is involved in setting recruiting strategies for clients.

Laura Bailey is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for OperationsInc, bringing over 20 years of experience to the firm. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Laura worked as an agency recruiter where she conducted executive level searches across a variety of industries and functions. Earlier in her career, Laura worked as a corporate human resources representative for Fortune 500 financial and marketing corporations. With over 17 years of talent acquisition experience, Deborah Carley provides recruiting support to a diverse range of clients. In her role as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant, Deborah assists these clients in developing sourcing strategies for both short and long-term purposes, coordinates interviews and conducts candidate screening calls, and places candidates in positions across a wide range of functional areas and compensation levels. Before joining OperationsInc, Deborah worked in both the corporate and agency side of the recruiting industry, including as a recruiter for a global not-for-profit organization.

Louzette Dovaras is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant at OperationsInc. She brings over 21 years of experience to the team, including over 10 years of IT recruitment expertise. Prior to joining the firm, Louzette worked as both an IT Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter. She has experience working for both large global companies and small agencies, and has recruited for entry-level to executive positions across a variety of industries and geographies. Mollie Geiger is OperationsInc’s Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
