Stacy Nicholas leads the Payroll Services team as the VP, Payroll Services & Business Development. With over 18 years of payroll experience, her areas of expertise include payroll vendor transitions, tax compliance, payroll technology integration, and timeclock management. Before joining OperationsInc, Stacy was a supervisor for a major payroll company where she focused on new client implementations and multi-jurisdictional payrolls. Stacy works directly with Federal and State agencies to handle tax compliance and reporting issues, and has experience with multiple payroll platforms. She has worked with a diverse group of industries from restaurants and medical practices to investment firms and NBA teams.

Director, Payroll Services
Joan Polayes currently serves as OperationsInc’s Director, Payroll Services with over 17 years of multi-state payroll knowledge. Prior to joining OperationsInc, she directed all areas of payroll, billing, accounts payable, and HR for an international recruiting firm, as well as oversaw payroll for companies in manufacturing and retail. Joan supports clients in a variety of industries, as well as serves as a leader of the OperationsInc Payroll Team.

Payroll Client Services Manager
Jeffrey Garrand serves as OperationsInc’s Payroll Client Services Manager, with over 11 years of payroll service and implementation experience. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Jeff worked as a senior implementation leader for a major payroll / HCM company, providing project management, payroll implementation services, and client support. Currently Jeff manages OperationsInc’s payroll client relationships and serves as an escalation point for the payroll team. He also provides payroll consulting services to businesses of all sizes.

Nicole Alvarez serves as a Payroll Specialist for OperationsInc. With over 10 years of payroll experience, Nicole’s areas of expertise include payroll administration, payroll vendor transitions, tax compliance, and W-2 reconciliations. Before joining OperationsInc, Nicole worked in several capacities in the fields of accounting and human resources for companies in the country club and luxury car industries. Currently, she supports clients in a variety of industries including banking, construction, and real estate.

Susan Ariano is a Sr. Payroll Specialist with over 22 years of experience in HR and Payroll. Michele Barry is OperationsInc’s Manager, Payroll Services. She comes to OperationsInc with over 20 years of experience in human resources and payroll. Tracy Bendolph-Brown is a member of OperationsInc’s Payroll team, currently serving as a Payroll Specialist. With over 13 years of human resources and payroll experience, Tracy supports clients in areas including payroll administration, payroll vendor transitions, multi-jurisdictional payrolls, and tax amendments. Her previous experience includes working for companies in the Utilities and Insurance industries analyzing, preparing, and inputting payroll data and interacting with customers to resolve payroll-related matters.

Diana serves as a Payroll Specialist, bringing 18 years of experience to the OperationsInc team. Prior to joining the firm, Diana managed payrolls for organizations in the not-for-profit and manufacturing industries, as well as provided HR support for a large consumer products company. In her current role, Diana is responsible for payroll administration, implementations, and payroll reporting. Jacquelyn Spezzano serves as a Payroll/HR Specialist, bringing over 11 years of payroll and HR experience to the OperationsInc team. Currently, Jacquelyn provides HR and payroll consulting and administration for small to mid-sized firms, processes payroll, and serves as a benefits and 401k administrator for clients. She also maintains employee files, coordinates end to end payroll administration using various platforms, and conducts exit interviews as needed. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Jacquelyn acted as benefits administrator for a medical supply firm, and as a bookkeeper for a large landscaping company. As a Sr. Payroll Specialist, Kate Stoker provides support to clients in the areas of payroll administration and implementation, as well as manages payroll for clients in a variety of states and industries. With over 20 years of multi-state payroll, HR, and accounting experience her prior roles includes serving as the payroll and benefits accountant for a financial organization and supporting the payroll function for a global non-profit organization.
