OperationsInc serves as an unbiased, third-party subject matter expert where employees can report incidents of sexual harassment, hostile work environments and / or discrimination that they experience themselves or as a bystander.

These services provide an avenue for employees to register both complaints and concerns, adding an extra layer of support to your existing HR structure, as well as a fully outsourced, professional, and confidential resource for your organization.


  • Clients are provided with a dedicated “hotline” team, including of a company-specific phone number, confidential voicemail box and email address, where they can call to share their concerns about workplace related incidents.
  • OperationsInc designs a customized communications plan that explains how the hotline works, its purpose and its goals.
  • Incoming concerns will be handled by an experienced HR professional on our team, who knows exactly how to collect the information, probe as needed, all with the goal of setting up appropriate next steps.
  • We work with the client up front to establish our role and the process, which may include any/all of the following:
    • Intake of information and handoff to the client to handle internally.
    • Intake of information, resulting in the initiation of a more complete investigation, to be handled by OperationsInc team of experts.

We are subject matter experts in the areas of Harassment Prevention and Awareness Training, as well as investigations. We are also experts in how to best manage these issues as they arise, with direct and specific advice provided in the wake of each issue we are asked to handle.
