Elissa Biegen serves as OperationsInc’s VP, HR Consulting, bringing over 25 years of HR experience to the team. Prior to joining OperationsInc, she managed the Human Resources function in small to mid-size companies in industries including healthcare, marketing, and financial services. Currently, Elissa co-leads the HR Consulting and Support team, serving as an escalation point for HR clients. Her areas of expertise include compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, and policy and procedure development. She also leads the Training & Development team.

Director, HR Consulting

Lindsay Peress is OperationsInc’s Director, HR Consulting. She has over 11 years of HR experience in areas such as employee handbook development, HR administration, and organizational development. Lindsay previously worked for businesses in the publishing and marketing industries, with a focus on full employee life-cycle needs. Jim Bertoluzzi brings over 40 years of experience to the OperationsInc team and currently serves as a Sr. HR Consultant. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Jim led the HR teams at both an international travel company and an international entertainment company, providing HR support for all levels of leadership, as well as for domestic, internal, office, and remote employees. Crystal Cambareri is one of OperationsInc’s HR Generalists, bringing almost 10 years of HR, payroll, and recruiting experience to the firm. Prior to joining the OperationsInc team, Crystal worked for corporate, retail, and start-up companies, where she coordinated open enrollment plans, addressed employee issues, and trained and guided team members on HR processes.
