Director, Compensation Consulting
Maria DeVito joined OperationsInc in December 2016 and serves as the Director, Compensation Consulting. She brings over 15 years of HR compensation and benefits knowledge to the team, including experience in compensation programs, administration, policies, and advisement for companies both national and global. Maria supports clients of all sizes in designing compensation plans and addressing various compensation-related needs to ensure alignment with business strategies.
Sr. Compensation Consultant
Brandyn Plato joined OperationsInc in December 2017, and serves as a Sr. Compensation Consultant. Brandyn brings over 20 years of HR, Business Leadership, and Sales Management experience to the team. She specializes in Sales Compensation Strategy, sales metrics and performance standards, compensation system design/optimization, and linking business performance and HR programs for businesses across a wide variety of industries.
Brandyn earned a B.A. in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University, and holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR certification. She is a past SHRM Local Chapter President and Membership Chair.
Director, HR Consulting
Lindsay Peress joined the OperationsInc team in December 2014 as a Sr. HR Generalist, and in September 2016 was promoted to the role of Manager, HR Consulting Services. Lindsay has over 11 years in HR, including extensive experience within all disciplines of Compensation Design & Management. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Lindsay provided HR Generalist/Business Partner support within the financial services and media industries. Currently, she supports various clients within the technology and security industries.
Lindsay earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Binghamton University.
HR Generalist / Benefits Specialist
Bonnie Maya joined OperationsInc in November 2015 as an HR Generalist / Benefits Specialist, bringing over 10 years of Human Resources related experience to the team, including in the areas of Compensation Strategy & Plan Design. Currently, Bonnie supports clients in a variety of industries, and also serves as one of OperationsInc’s Affordable Care Act Specialists.
Bonnie earned a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Marketing from Binghamton University.
HR Generalist/Benefits Specialist
Kate Morlock joined OperationsInc in October 2016, and currently serves as an HR Generalist/Benefits Specialist. Kate brings over 15 years of Human Resources and Benefits experience to the team, including a focus on Compensation Planning & Design. Her prior roles have included working with various sized companies within a range of industries.
Kate earned her B.A. in Communications and Media Arts from Western Connecticut State University.
HR Manager / OD Specialist
Kimberley Nash rejoined OperationsInc in May 2015 as an HR Generalist / OD Specialist, and in December 2015 was promoted to the role of HR Manager / OD Specialist. She brings over 7 years of broad HR related experience to the team, with focuses on Compensation Strategy & Plan Design. Prior to rejoining OperationsInc, Kim managed the HR function in mid-sized companies in the startup, tech, and healthcare industries.
Kimberley earned a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a B.A. in Psychology from Quinnipiac University. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
