Sr. Compensation Consultant
Brandyn Plato serves as a Sr. Compensation Consultant for OperationsInc. Brandyn brings over 20 years of HR, business leadership, and sales management experience to the team, specializing in sales compensation strategy, sales metrics and performance standards, compensation system design/optimization, and linking business performance and HR programs for businesses across a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Brandyn administered human resources and set compensation strategy for companies in the medical supply, healthcare, and recruiting industries.
Brandyn earned a B.A. in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University and holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR certification. She is a past SHRM Local Chapter President and Membership Chair.
Director, HR Consulting
Lindsay Peress is OperationsInc’s Director, HR Consulting. She has over 11 years of HR experience in areas such as employee handbook development, HR administration, and organizational development. Lindsay previously worked for businesses in the publishing and marketing industries, with a focus on full employee life-cycle needs. Currently, she supports clients in a variety of industries and co-leads the HR Consulting and Support team.
Lindsay earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Binghamton University.
Sr. Compensation Analyst
Maureen Knowles is OperationsInc’s Sr. Compensation Analyst, bringing more than 15 years of HR and Compensation experience to the team. She specializes in executive compensation, broad-based compensation, incentive plan design, key employee retention programs, succession planning, employment contracts, and talent analytics. Her experience spans both consulting and corporate environments. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Maureen served as a compensation consultant in the fashion and business management consulting industries.
Maureen graduated cum laude from Colgate University with a B.A. in Economics.
