Client with a need to formalize their Performance Management Process

Issue

Our client possessed no formal Performance Appraisal Process for their employee population, totaling about 50 employees. They wanted to implement the use of forms, a rating system, and a methodology that would be the company standard.

Solution

We delivered a complete process, inclusive of forms and training, which was then reviewed to ensure it addressed their needs. After customizing some pieces of the process it was rolled out by way of a training session for all supervisory personnel. A detailed review of methods for assessing performance and communicating the assessment was conducted. Electronic forms, training guides, timeline structures, and process steps were provided.

Results

All employees received formal structured Performance Appraisals, consistently written and communicated throughout the company. Senior Management had a record of all appraisals communicated, providing a look at the performance of all employees in an easy to follow format for the first time in the company’s history.
