Connecticut State Law at present has no retraining mandate. So by law you have no obligation to retrain in the state of CT. That being said, each year new cases come before the state and federal courts pertaining to Sexual Harassment, with their outcomes having a direct effect on what could be considered harassment. It is therefore prudent to reeducate every two years. Further, the more you train and reeducate, the more you limit your potential liability.
