CBS Reaches Settlement With Charlie Rose Harassment Accusers
The New York Times reports that CBS News has reached a legal settlement with several women who were victims of sexual harassment by Charlie Rose.
The lawsuit, which was settled for an undisclosed amount, was brought by three women who accused the network of not doing enough to protect them after they complained of Rose’s harassment and inappropriate behavior.
According to The New York Times:
In the lawsuit against Mr. Rose and CBS, some of the former anchorman’s subordinates said the network had known about the allegations against Mr. Rose before they became public and did nothing.
