As a reminder, EEO-1 Component 2 Pay Data is due for qualifying employers by September 30th.
The EEOC has announced that it will be releasing a data file upload function and validation process by August 15th.
This will provide qualifying employers with an additional method for reporting their pay data.
According to JD Supra, the EEOC reports it is still:
“finalizing its analysis of the response rates for EEO-1 data submitted over the last four years to be used to assess whether the EEOC is ‘on track’ to ‘complete’ the Component 2 data collection by September 30, 2019”.
It should be noted that the agency will be sending out “reminder” notices and e-mails to filers containing login information throughout the month of August.
