Loose-leaf vs. Bound
When producing your Employee Handbook the question that arises is how to best to produce the final product. You want the ability to easily update the content. Therefore print into a Loose-leaf Notebook format. The reason — when you do your policy updates and edits you can simply pull out page 23 and exchange it for a new page 23…with the newer policy. A bound book usually means you need to reissue the whole book.
