It’s critical for any progressive and growing business that the employees be asked for feedback on a fairly regular basis. To this end, while suggestion boxes may gather some input, you will secure far richer data via a formalized Employee Survey. These are best handled electronically, allowing for maximum anonymity. One other key point – as you formulate the questions, think about the likely responses, and ask yourself “can we positively respond to these requests or observations?”
