CT: Harassment Training Requirements

Connecticut businesses are reminded that the “Time’s Up Act” will require most employers to expand their harassment training obligations.

Employers in the state with three or more employees are required to provide anti-harassment training to their entire team by October 1, 2020.

Businesses smaller than three employees in size are required to provide this training to those in supervisory positions by October 1, 2020 as well.

Employers are encouraged to review the new requirements tied to this legislation to ensure compliance with training and informational posting regulations.
