Sr. HR Generalist

Wendy Judge serves as a Sr. HR Generalist for OperationsInc, bringing over 17 years of diverse, high level Human Resources experience to the team.

In Wendy’s current role, she supports clients with a variety of HR services including employee handbook development, HR audits, employee relations, and termination management.

Wendy previously held human resources positions in the education, gaming, publishing, and healthcare industries. She began her career at G+J USA Publishing, where she managed the HR needs of five different business units and provided support that included recruiting, terminations, compensation, and benefits. Wendy then joined the University of Massachusetts Medical School as a Human Resources Consultant, resolving employee relations, compensation, benefits, and recruiting issues.

Thereafter, Wendy served as a Human Resources Manager for a major municipality and school district.

Wendy earned a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and an M.A. from Cambridge College.
