Senior VP, Customer Success

Stacy Nicholas is our Senior VP of Customer Success for OperationsInc and has 25+ years of diverse payroll, tax compliance and HRIS technology experience. As the SVP of Customer Success, she consults with prospective clients to assess their needs and proposes solutions with OperationsInc customized services. Stacy also engages with our existing clients to guide their journey with OI to make sure it is successful and satisfying. She also manages a large partnership network, building relationships with complimentary vendors and advising on areas where we can support their clients. After joining OI in 2007, Stacy worked on the consulting side of the business serving as as the first OI Payroll Specialist and created and managed the Payroll & HRIS Technology team. With her deep subject matter expertise, understanding of the customer journey and her extensive history with OI, she transitioned to the Customer Success team. In this role she is involved in all client activities and management of the team.

Prior to joining OI, Stacy was a supervisor for a major payroll company where she focused on new client implementations and multi-jurisdictional payrolls.

She earned a B.S. in Business Economics, with a minor in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.

What is your favorite memory from your OI career so far?

"I presented at a big kick-off meeting in New York City and spoke to 100+ people on the New York and Connecticut teams. It felt great to know the value that OI adds to their teams and my partners make me feel a part of their teams as well."
