Sr. Payroll & HRIS Technology Specialist

Paula White is a Sr. Payroll & HRIS Technology Specialist with over 19 years of diverse payroll experience.

Paula began her payroll career as a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator for the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation, where she managed and audited the payroll for over 1,000 multi-state union and non-union, permanent and provisional employees. Paula then moved on to VIACOM, where she served as a Human Resources Analyst for several years.

Thereafter, Paula joined the telecommunications firm Epana Networks, where she served for several years as a Senior Human Resources Manager. There, Paula managed the complex payroll, audit, tax-reporting, and labor coding processes of five corporate entities. She also managed the carrier / vendor relationship for the group’s 401(k) and other benefit options and plans.

Paula then moved on to join Town Sports International, the largest owner and operator of fitness clubs in the Northeast United States, where she managed the group’s multi-million-dollar payroll and benefit programs. She then served as an HR Consultant for the law firm Jackson Lewis before joining the OperationsInc team in 2014.

During her tenure at OperationsInc, Paula has provided strategic guidance and customer support to clients ranging in size and payroll complexity. She has conducted dozens of tax audits, managed many technology implementations and integrations, and worked with clients in many states and jurisdictions to manage and administer their payroll.

Currently, she supports a wide range of clients in industries including consumer products, engineering, insurance, manufacturing, and software solutions.

Paula earned a B.A. from St. Joseph’s College. She is also a Certified Payroll Professional and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

In addition to her work for OperationsInc, Paula is a Youth Leadership Team Member for a young adult fellowship program.
