Sr. HR Generalist

Nicole Neil is a Sr. HR Generalist, bringing over 22 years of diverse, high level HR experience to the OperationsInc team. Nicole serves as a subject matter expert in the areas of change management, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, organizational development, and reductions in force.

Prior to joining the OperationsInc team, Nicole served as an HR Business Partner in various industries including financial services, health and wellness, and luxury retail. She spent most of her career at Morgan Stanley, where she spent almost twelve years serving as the senior relationship manager for various departments, including Prime Brokerage, Private Banking, and Wealth Management, providing strategic support to senior management on all HR matters.

Nicole then moved to hedge fund Satellite Assets LP, where she spent three years as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing the entire HR function, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruiting, performance management, and training and development.

Nicole earned a B.A. in Psychology from Villanova University.
