Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Mollie Geiger is OperationsInc’s Talent Acquisition Coordinator and supports the firm’s Recruiting division by sourcing and screening candidates, researching new recruiting channels, conducting background checks and administering pre-hire testing, and coordinating interviews.

Prior to joining OperationsInc, Mollie held several internships in HR and recruiting, and served on the executive board of the University of New Haven’s SHRM chapter.

Mollie began her recruiting career at SUNY Cortland where she worked as a Recruitment Coordinator.

She then moved on to join staffing agency Aquinas Consulting as a Sourcing Specialist, where she assisted clients with candidate search efforts, candidate interview coordination and prep, and tracking and reporting.

In Mollie’s current role, she supports a diverse range of clients of varying size and industry, including those in the CPG, financial services, marketing, biotech and pharma, and non-profit space.

Mollie earned a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Cortland and an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
