VP, Business Development

Meghan Hopkins serves as VP, Business Development for OperationsInc. Meghan has over 20 years of diverse Human Resources experience and is a subject matter expert in the areas of HR Strategic Management, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition and Retention, and Workplace Harassment. She is also an SME on the topic of Remote Work Programs, and presented on this topic at HR West in 2019.

In Meghan’s current role, she serves as an initial interface for new clients and prospects, offering a strategic and consultative approach to effectively guide these populations towards services that each group needs. For those clients where Meghan serves as the account manager, she ensures seamless client support and satisfaction.

Meghan also was a divisional lead for the firm’s HR Consulting division from 2013-2016, providing strategic HR support and acting as a team mentor and escalation point.

Prior to joining OperationsInc, Meghan provided HR, Training, and Talent Acquisition support for firms in the medical supply, commercial real estate, and non-profit industries.

Meghan earned a B.A. in English and Management from Fairfield University.
