Sr. HR Business Partner

Mary Gow serves as an OperationsInc Sr. HR Business Partner. She has over 21 years of diverse, high-level HR experience, and is a subject matter expert in the areas of talent development, management coaching, process improvement, HRIS implementation, mergers and acquisitions, and reductions in force.

Mary spent much of her career working within the bio-pharma space, spending ten years supporting the HR function at Pennsylvania-based Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. There, she served as Director of HR for several different business units. During her tenure, Mary supported thousands of global employees, increasing retention and decreasing time to hire.

Wyeth Pharmaceuticals was eventually absorbed by pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, and Mary managed several different HR functions through the acquisition.

At OperationsInc, Mary provides both long and short-term strategic HR support to a wide range of clients. She also serves as a Team Lead, resource, and mentor, acting as an escalation point for the HR Consulting team on complex matters and client issues.

Mary earned a B.A. in Industrial Labor Relations from SUNY Potsdam and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from SUNY Buffalo.
