Marjorie Schmitt is a Manager, HR / Training & Development and brings over 20 years of diverse human resources and training experience to the OperationsInc team. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Marjorie served as an HR and Training leader in many different types of organizations, including startups, mid-size companies, and global corporations. Her background also includes time spent in the service, technology, retail, finance, and non-profit industries, enabling her to gain a diversity of experience.

Marjorie’s areas of specialty include training program design, workshop facilitation, performance management, change management, employee relations, and terminations.

Marjorie holds an MBA and a Master’s in HR and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. She earned a B.A. in International Studies from Miriam College (formerly Maryknoll College, Philippines).
