Lindsay Peress is the Vice President of HR Insights & Advisory at OperationsInc, leading a division of HR professionals who focus on compliance, analytics, and compensation. Lindsay also provides leadership and guidance to the wider HR team. Since joining OI in 2014, Lindsay has served as Senior HR Generalist, Manager of HR Consulting, Director of HR Consulting, and Vice President of HR Consulting.

Prior to joining OI in 2014, Lindsay was a Senior HR Advisor and later HR Manager at Thomson Reuters, where she served as an HR Business Partner for senior leadership, advised managers on business decisions, and acted as an HR Lead for global acquisitions and divestitures. She also project-managed global HR initiatives and worked with leadership teams to identify and address talent management and organizational development needs. She began her career as an HR Coordinator at the New York City-based Media Planning Group before being promoted into the role of HR Generalist.

Lindsay earned a B.A. from Binghamton University and an HR Generalist Certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management.
