HR Generalist Joy DeYounge provides clients with human resources consulting services including complete employee life-cycle management and policy and procedure development. She supports clients in the catering, consumer products, education, and marketing industries. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Joy’s 11 years of HR experience included work in areas including employee relations, benefits program management, exit interviews, and performance management.

Joy earned a B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College and an M.A. in I/O Psychology from the University of New Haven.
