VP, Talent Acquisition Services 

Jennifer Clark is the Vice President of  Talent Acquisition Services at OperationsInc. With 30 years of experience, Jennifer drives the strategy for Talent Acquisition while working to ensure clients achieve their recruiting goals. She joined OI in 2013 and previously served as Director of Talent Acquisition Services, Manager of Talent Acquisition Services, and Senior Recruiter.

Prior to joining OI, Jennifer was VP of Recruiting at Conduit Recruiting Corp., where she served as an executive recruiter specializing in placing attorneys into major law firms, investment banks, financial institutions, and corporations throughout the U.S. and Europe. She held previous roles in Recruiting at some of the country’s premier law firms including, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, Proskauer Rose LLP, and Chadbourne & Parke LLP.  She worked closely with practice leaders on defining and achieving their recruiting goals as well as spearheaded campus recruiting efforts at leading law schools in the U.S. for the Summer and First Year Associate programs.

Jennifer earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island College of Business Administration.

What do you like best about working at OI?  

"I enjoy the collaborative and professional working environment at OI and love promoting talent and seeing my team members develop and advance themselves and their careers."

What is your greatest achievement, so far, at OI?

“My greatest achievement at OI is leading the team through a tremendous growth period. When I started at OI, it was a team of three. Now we have 32 and counting.”

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?  

“I enjoy yoga, swimming, boating, reading, and watching my children play lacrosse. My family and I also participate in a variety of charitable activities for a local food bank and homeless shelter.”
