Jeffrey Garrand serves as OperationsInc’s Director, Payroll Services, with over 11 years of payroll service and implementation experience. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Jeff worked as a senior implementation leader for a major payroll / HCM company, providing project management, payroll implementation services, and client support. Currently, Jeff directs OperationsInc’s payroll services team, serving as an escalation point for the firm’s payroll specialists. He also provides payroll consulting services to businesses of all sizes.

Jeff earned a B.S. in Resource Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
