Jeff Garrand

Sr. VP, Payroll & HRIS Technology Services 

Jeff Garrand serves as Sr. VP, Payroll & HRIS Technology Services for OperationsInc and co-leads the growing Payroll & HRIS Technology Services division. With 16 years of experience in the areas of payroll management, HRIS technology implementations, payroll processing & training, and payroll tax compliance, Jeff joined OperationsInc in 2018. He now acts as the senior leader to the Payroll & HRIS Technology team while also providing strategic practice leader support in the areas of HRIS technology and payroll to a diverse range of clients while driving new initiatives and acting as main point of contact for questions and support.  

Before joining OperationsInc, Jeff worked as a senior implementation leader for ADP, where he spent 11 years providing project management, payroll implementation services, and client support. Jeff began his career at The Boy Scouts of America, Connecticut Yankee Council, where he served as a District Executive.  

Jeff earned a B.S. in Resource Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and a Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association. He is also an Eagle Scout.
