Sr. Talent Acquisition
Janey Prince is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant for OperationsInc and brings over 15 years of diverse recruiting, HR, and compliance related experience to the team.
Janey provides full lifecycle recruiting services to a diverse client base, which includes developing sourcing strategies, writing job descriptions and job postings, screening candidates, and working closely with clients to achieve their recruiting and talent goals.
Janey began her career at Intercept Youth Services, where she spent time as a Senior Admissions Coordinator. She then moved to Easter Seals, UCP, Inc. before joining Driftwood Hospitality Management, Inc.
Thereafter, Janey spent time working for Career Mobility Services, Inc., where she managed the group’s social media recruiting strategy, crafted and rolled out employee handbooks, and produced audit reports. She was also a key member in executing special HR projects.
Janey then joined a job placement agency supporting military veterans. As Recruiting Director, she supported strategic direction by implementing new policies, developing and rolling out sourcing and selection procedures, and interviewing, evaluating, and coaching veterans to prepare them for civilian work following discharge from military service.
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant for OperationsInc, much of Janey’s work has been focused in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry. Janey has also supported clients in the accounting, food and beverage, healthcare, and non-profit space. She has filled hundreds of roles, including mid-level to executive positions utilizing specialized techniques for both short and long-term placements.
Janey earned an M.S. in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a B.A. in Human Services from Elon University. She is also a SHRM Certified Professional.
In addition to her work for OperationsInc, Janey is an extremely active member of her local community and regularly volunteers within her children’s schools.
