What do you like best about working at OI?

"What isn’t the best about working at OI? Work life balance is absolutely manageable, I get to collaborate with a remarkable group of professionals that teach me something new on a daily basis. And OI’s culture is unmatchable!"

What is your favorite memory from your OI career so far?

“I have a lot of great memories, but the first that comes to mind is the first Christmas party I attended and Santa David made his appearance! That’s when I knew OI was certain kind of special in an amazing way."

What do your greatest achievement so far at OI?

“I started as a Junior Payroll/HR consultant August 2014, I was promoted to Senior June 2021. That position was short lived as I was promoted to Manager January 2022! It wasn’t a smooth road but am very proud I was able to exceed my clients expectations, mentor several OI consultants and over come some very difficult hurtles that have all led me to my position on the leadership team.”
