Holly Baumgartner serves as a Director, HR Consulting Services for OperationsInc, bringing 15 years of HR experience to the team. In Holly’s current role she provides employees and clients with full HR management including policy and procedure development, leave administration, performance management, and employee relations. She is one of our leave of absence subject matter experts, and provides guidance on complex HR compliance issues to a diverse range of clients. Before joining OperationsInc, Holly worked as a HR Generalist and Recruiter in the Non-Profit industry.

Holly earned an M.A. in Labor and Policy Studies with an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management from Empire State College, and a B.S. in Marketing / Management from Siena College. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

What do you like best about working at OI?

"The team. HR can be a lonely position. At OI, there is a team of HR professionals who you can bounce questions/ideas off of, consult, and chat ideas out with. "

What is your greatest achievement, so far, at OI?

“I started OI as the internal recruiter for OI (10/2013). I worked hard and was promoted through the ranks to get to where I am today (Director, HR Consulting)."

What is your favorite OI memory so far?

“So many! It’s really hard to choose. Honestly though, this last company meeting where they flew the whole team out. That was really amazing and special. I finally got to meet in person people who I had been talking to for a year or more.”
