HR Generalist

Faye Mylen serves as an HR Generalist with over 14 years of experience in a variety of HR functional areas. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Faye led Human Resources departments in the tech and hospitality industries, both internationally and domestically. Faye provides clients with both short and long-term human resources consulting support, including managing the complete employee life-cycle and administering benefit programs.

Faye earned a B.A. in Anthropology from Syracuse University. She has also earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
