Dianne Hennessy currently serves as a Sr. HR Generalist for OperationsInc. In her over 25-year career in human resources, Dianne has worked with both mature and start-up organizations, conducting HR assessments, providing coaching, and conducting training for both management and employees. Currently, Dianne supports clients in a variety of industries in areas including job description development, policy and procedure reviews and updates, and employee relations issues.

Dianne earned a B.A. in History from Northeastern University, and a Master of Education degree in Human Resources from Antioch University.
