Deborah Carley is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant at OperationsInc. She has over 18 years of diverse recruiting experience, both in agency and corporate environments.
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant, Deb develops recruiting strategies, sources and screens candidates, and has filled hundreds of open positions across a wide range of functional areas and compensation levels.
Deb began her career at The Forum Group, a New York City-based staffing firm, as a Financial Recruiter. There, she served as a key member of the group’s temporary accounting staffing division. Deb then joined RRD Search, Inc. as a Recruiter and Business Development Specialist. In this role, she researched, sourced, and recruited nationally to present quality candidates to top staffing firms throughout the country. She also worked with clients to develop offer, negotiation, and closing strategies.
Deb then moved on to Save the Children, a global non-profit organization. There, Deb served as a Specialist, Recruiting and Staffing, strategizing with hiring managers to identify and recruit experts for key, long-term positions and projects. She also developed candidate pipelines utilizing different methodologies, screened candidates, and provided strategic guidance tied to candidate selection.
Deb currently provides full recruiting lifecycle support to a diverse client base, including those representing the accounting, consumer product, marketing, non-profit, travel, and retail industries.
Deborah earned a B.S. in Accounting from Quinnipiac University. She resides in Fairfield, CT with her husband and three children.
