Chris Gleave is the HR Specialist for OperationsInc, supporting the firm’s Employee Training and HR divisions. His areas of specialty include new employee onboarding, employee handbooks reviews, employee leave administration, open enrollments, and HR administration.
Prior to joining the OperationsInc team, Chris served as a Human Resources Intern for buildOn. There, he supported the non-profit’s HR Director and HR Coordinator by screening candidates, onboarding new hires, and maintaining personnel files.
Chris then was hired in a full-time capacity as an Interim Human Resources Coordinator, where he directly supported the VP of HR with HR record maintenance, new employee onboarding, employee off-boarding, and recruitment efforts.
Chris earned a B.A. in Psychology from Drew University and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University.
