Brandyn Plato serves as a Sr. Compensation Consultant for OperationsInc. Brandyn brings over 21 years of HR, business leadership, and sales management experience to the team, specializing in sales compensation strategy, sales metrics and performance standards, compensation system design/optimization, and linking business performance and HR programs for businesses across a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Brandyn administered human resources and set compensation strategy for companies in the medical supply, healthcare, and recruiting industries.

Brandyn earned a B.A. in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University and holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR certification. She is a past SHRM Local Chapter President and Membership Chair.
