PEOs charge either a percentage of payroll or a fixed rate per employee per month for all their services, a fee you pay covering all services they anticipate you using, regardless of what your firm actually uses. Charges a fixed percentage of annual earnings as a fee, typically 25%+/-.
Service Format and Customization OI works with each client to develop solutions that meet your specific needs and fit. PEOs deliver a one-size-fits-all approach for most services provided. Agencies only provide support for recruiting and do not support other HR needs.
