Jeffrey Garrand Promoted to Director, Payroll Services

Prior to joining OperationsInc, Garrand worked as a senior implementation leader for a major payroll / HCM company, providing project management, payroll implementation services, and client support. In his new role, Garrand leads OperationsInc’s payroll services team, serving as the primary escalation point for the firm’s payroll specialists. He will also continue to provide payroll consulting services to businesses of all sizes in industries including consumer products, financial services, non-profit, and pharmaceuticals.
Garrand earned a B.S. in Resource Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
