OperationsInc Announces Promotion of Jennifer Williams to Sr. HR Generalist

Prior to joining OperationsInc, Williams managed payroll and HR functions for a medical education company, as well as managed payroll and recruitment for a non-profit organization. As a Sr. HR Generalist, Williams will continue to support multiple clients in various industries including advertising, consumer products, and entertainment. Her areas of expertise include benefits consultation and administration, employee handbook development, HR best practices and compliance assessments, and policy and procedure development.
Williams earned a B.S. in Psychology from Tulane University and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Colorado/Denver. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
