A resident of Waterbury, Garrand comes to OperationsInc with over 11 years of payroll service and implementation experience. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a senior implementation leader for a major payroll company, providing project management, payroll implementation services, and client support. Garrand earned a B.S. in Resource Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
