Ongoing Growth Fuels Expansion of OperationsInc Business Development Team
The Norwalk-based provider of HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Training Services celebrated its seventeenth anniversary earlier this year, and has expanded steadily since its inception in 2001. The firm has hired over 20 new employees in 2018 alone, with growth anticipated to continue through 2019.
Kelly’s primary function will be tied to account management, supporting the firm’s base of over 1,400 clients. She will also manage strategic partner relationships and support new client acquisition initiatives. Steele will assist the Business Development team’s efforts in expanding client relationships and introducing new services.
“As we continue to close new business and retain the client base we have, it is important to bring someone like Erin and Jenelle on board to focus on account management and round out the business development group,” stated OperationsInc CEO David Lewis. “Their experience in client relationship and support have made them immediate assets to the team.”
Kelly earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Salve Regina University. Steele earned a B.A. in Sociology from Boston College.
