OperationsInc Announces Promotions Within Growing Team

Brienne Driscoll joined OperationsInc in April 2010, and currently serves as the Director of Marketing. Brienne’s experience prior to joining the OperationsInc team included time spent working within the Marketing and Communications industries supporting clients ranging from small sized businesses to global leaders in their given field. With over 9 years of experience, her current role consists of leading and managing the firm’s various marketing, public relations, and events initiatives.
Brienne earned a B.A. in Communication Studies from Saint Mary’s College, and is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Public Relations Society of America.
Holly Baumgartner joined the OperationsInc team in October 2013 as a Jr. Recruiting Specialist, and was promoted recently to the role of Jr. HR Generalist. Holly brings 3 years of HR / Recruiting experience to the team, her most recent experience including time spent as a Recruitment Specialist for a government funded not-for-profit in Saratoga Springs, NY. Currently, Holly supports clients in the manufacturing, engineering, non-profit, real estate, research, biotech, and retail industries.
Holly earned a B.S. in Marketing / Management from Siena College, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Labor and Policy Studies from Empire State College. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
Erika Estevez joined OperationsInc in September of 2013 as an Office Administrator, and was recently promoted to the role of Accounting Associate. Erika has over 8 years of professional experience supporting C-level executives. Prior to joining the OperationsInc team, Erika worked for various sized companies mainly within the healthcare, commercial real estate, and trade commodities industries.
Erika earned an A.S. degree in Business Administration from Norwalk Community College.
