Lisa has more than 15 years of facilitation and curriculum design experience, and exceptional platform facilitation and course design skills with expertise in developing and delivering new hire on-boarding, mentor, leadership development and management training programs. In her professional training career, she has been successful in applying blended Instructional Design techniques and methodologies using multiple virtual and face to face delivery methods including: e-learning, classroom based workshops, simulations and interactive webinars. Her work history includes managing the training functions in the telecommunications industry as well as the financial services industry. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the State University New York College at Oneonta.
