Terminations often carry a great emotional and administrative burden. From the point when an employee resigns or is terminated through the days and weeks that follow, OperationsInc offers guidance and assistance by:

  • Guiding you through liability limiting supportive paperwork
  • Developing and possibly executing a checklist of items from termination notification to the last day of employment
  • Assisting with the administration of the COBRA Process, on our own or via a Third Party Administrator
