OperationsInc in conjunction with Performance Solutions Group perform monthly HR related surveys designed to better understand area trends, practices and policies. Our growing library of contacts with the local business community provide a formidable base to tap for critical data on issues that affect us all. Key facts about our initiative:

• Surveys are taken online via a simple point and click process, taking about 5-7 minutes to complete
   
• Surveys are available to be taken and posted for 1 week
   
• Anyone is welcome to participate, with our focus being on HR Professionals, Business Owners and Management members who can speak to the topic at hand
   
• Results are provided in detail to all participants, with a press release deployed following each survey
