OperationsInc will assume the Background Check process for your organization and will handle the administration of this process from soup to nuts. We will serve as your central point of contact, working with a trusted third party administrator to perform the background checks. We will handle the paperwork and chasing for submission and results findings.

  • Step 1:    You alert us to your specific background check needs
  • Step 2:     We provide you with the appropriate paperwork which the candidate needs to complete & return to us
  • Step 3:    We provide our third party administrator with the necessary documents needed to process the background check
  • Step 4:    We deliver the detailed results in a timely manner as well as guidance as needed when handling less than ideal check results
