Recruiting Specialist

Terri Schmidt joined OperationsInc in June of 2012 as a Recruiting Specialist. Terri has 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and executive search. Prior to joining the OperationsInc team, Terri worked for Heidrick & Struggles, a worldwide leader in retained executive search.  Prior to her search experience, Terri spent 15 years managing and developing the emerging global markets at Gartner, Inc., a leading IT research and advisory firm.  She has both domestic as well as global experience, and has studied and worked overseas. 

Since joining the OperationsInc team, Terri has worked with a large range of clients in the industrial, consumer, publishing, technology, pharmaceutical, real-estate, and professional services industries. She has successfully placed many candidates at client companies throughout all levels and functional areas including engineering, sales, marketing, finance, technology, operations, manufacturing, and legal roles. 

Terri earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University, and is fluent in Spanish.
