Susan Ariano joined OperationsInc in October of 2010.  She brings with her over 20 years of HR experience in the areas of database management, payroll administration, benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, employee file set up, and general human resources administration. Susan’s prior work experience has included Human Resources management positions in sporting goods, consumer products and manufacturing industries.  Susan is a member of both the National and Southern CT Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management..
