Sue Southgate

Senior Human Resources Generalist Consultant

Sue joined the Operations team in March 2010.  As a Senior Human Resources Generalist Consultant she brings 25+ years of strategic and operational human resources experience that encompasses compliance, policy and procedure development, performance management, employee relations and recruitment.

In her prior full-time positions, Sue provided HR leadership and generalist support at small and mid-sized organizations in insurance services, technology, mortgage banking and the non-profit sector. 

She possesses a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Gettysburg College. Sue is a long time member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
