Shannon Sorbara joined OperationsInc in September 2011 and works as a Junior HR Generalist / Consultant. Shannon brings over 4 years of Human Resource experience with a focus on recruiting, HRMS management, new hire on-boarding, file maintenance and benefits administration. Her prior roles have included working with various sized companies within a range of industries.

Shannon earned her B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from University of Washington.
