Michelle Tetrault joined OperationsInc in September 2008 as a Human Resources Assistant. Michelle brings over 5 years of Human Resources experience with a focus in benefits administration, recruitment, payroll administration, and human resources administration. Her prior roles have included working with various sized companies within a range of industries that include Non-Profit Healthcare, Hospitality, and Food Processing/Technology.

Michelle earned her B.S. in Human Development with a focus in Human Resource Management from Boston College.
