Leigh Sexton joined OperationsInc in August 2011. As the Recruiting Specialist Leigh brings over 20 years of HR experience with a specialization in Talent Acquisition and Career Insights in multiple industries and disciplines. Leigh began her career as a Staffing Specialist focusing on recruiting and business development for several boutique agencies in Fairfield County where she successfully increased revenues and provided outstanding client services to Fortune 100 corporations.  Leigh is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
