Laurie DiPreta
Junior Human Resources Generalist Consultant
Laurie DiPreta joined OperationsInc in August 2011 as a Junior Human Resources Generalist Consultant. Laurie brings over 14 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, policy and procedure development, and human resources administration. Her prior roles have included working within the legal, marketing and consumer goods industries. Laurie possesses an A.S. degree in Business Management from Norwalk Community College and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
